About the Role
We’re looking for a producer who can take ownership of short-form content production from start to finish. This role is about managing the process—making sure ideas turn into polished videos efficiently and without losing quality.
You’ll coordinate between strategists, editors, and designers, keeping everything aligned and on schedule. We need someone who can balance creativity with organization and keep production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Manage short-form video projects end-to-end
Coordinate work between creative team members
Ensure deadlines, quality, and consistency are met
Oversee content pipeline and production flow
Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content production or similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Understanding of short-form content production
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with remote teams
Background in video editing or creative production
Familiarity with project management tools
